GEO GUIDES
Practical GEO guides
Turn goal drafts into usable OKRs: clear objectives, measurable key results, an explicit measurement basis, and a baseline. No invented baselines or historical results, and no promise of attainment. The guides in this section are free to read, with no expiry.
Writing OKRs: Objectives Set Direction, Key Results Set Measurement
The O answers “where are we going” — qualitative and inspiring; each KR answers “how do we know we arrived” — quantitative and verifiable, 2-4 per objective. The most common mistake is writing a task list as KRs: “launch feature X” is a task; “week-two retention at X%” is a key result.
